柽柳根对管花肉苁蓉寄生的反应

摘 要:

采用石蜡切片技术以及酶联免疫法对管花肉苁蓉的寄主柽柳根进行研究, 结果表明: 接种有管花肉苁蓉的柽柳根随 着管花肉苁蓉的生长而增粗, 其初生导管有黄色粘性物质阻塞, 这些阻塞物中含有糖类和脂类物质, 随着管花肉苁蓉的生 长而消失。这可能与柽柳根内源激素脱落酸(ABA)和茉莉酸(JA)的调控有关。

Parasitism Response of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk) R. Wight in Tamarix chinensis Lour. Root

Abstract:

The roots of Tamarix chinensis parasitised by Cistanche tubulosa were studied by paraffin-section method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the host roots got thicker with weight increasing of C. tubulosa. Yellow sticky obstruction, composed by polysaccharide and lipid, was found in primary xylem vessel of the host after stimulated by C. tubulosa, but disappeared along with the growth of C. tubulosa. It was supposed to be regulated by endogenous jasmonic acid (JA) and abscisic acid (ABA).
